Tasty Chicken Dinner, Eating Healthy Doesn't Mean You Sacrifice Flavor


Getting creative with my cooking healthy can be fun and really GOOD!! This was in the works yesterday.
 

  • Boneless skinless chicken breast
  • Green peppers
  • Onion
  • Red quinoa
  • Tomatoes
I sautéed the chicken in coconut oil with salt and pepper. Then added the green peppers and onions. Added some Mrs. dash seasoning.
Once the quinoa was done I added it to the chicken mixture and added tomatoes. It was really good!
