  • Yummy Fresh Mango Salsa you can put on chicken, fish, (whatever you want).                    



  •  Fish and Veggie's
 Tilapia fish baked with a little salt, pepper and lemon juice. With steamed green beans!  Simple yet tasty.  You could use any vegetables you want, even two kinds if that suits you. Just keep your portions right.
